• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payments

Our service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps
• Pro Plan: Unlimited access to all features for €3/month
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• No refunds for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse AI features by generating inappropriate content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ApplyTrack are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI features generate content based on your input. While we strive for quality:

• You should review and edit all AI-generated content before use
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of AI output
• You retain ownership of AI-generated content created for you

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination
